Wikipedia articles may not be accurate in the area of science but it's articles are EXTREMELY accurate in the areas of bios of the Dutch royal family and British actors appearing in BBC movies like the "Pallisers" and "Barchester Towers."
go Emma! Wikipedia's depth of information is amazing; Brittanica will never be able to match it. They should stop whining and be glad that Wikipedia is fulfilling its mission to provide free knowledge to everyone on earth.
Yeah, Wikipedia's awesome. It's great having a place to get information about pop culture and stuff excluded from regular encylopedias.
There are a lot of undergrads that think it's a scholarly source for papers and things, though (that problem extends to their view of print sources too). Wikipedia also doesn't catch errors and malicious slander as quickly as they claim to.
